Maintain and operate your site in compliance with third-party agreements and applicable laws.
Ensure posted materials are accurate and lawful.
Provide a clear privacy policy if collecting visitor data.
Participants must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including anti-spam laws.
The agreement begins upon application approval and may be terminated by either party at any time.
Upon termination, all links, trademarks, and related materials must be removed.
Outstanding earnings above $20 will be paid upon termination.
ThemeMarts is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
Liability is limited to referral fees paid under the agreement.
Disputes will be resolved through confidential arbitration per the American Arbitration Association.
ThemeMarts may seek relief in court for intellectual property violations.
